“I love shopping at Big Lots! I was looking for a new recliner because the recliner I bought on Amazon in April 2025 was already worn out, the foot rest broke and can’t be repaired, and the fabric started to separate in the seams. I found exactly what I was looking for in a Big Lots store then my son-in-law picked it up for me! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and understanding! I’m in my early 70’s and really appreciated everyone‘s help! The cost for my new recliner wasn’t unreasonable either!”
“This store is great to shop in as the store staff helps you out if you need help and all the staff are very friendly. The rest rooms are well stocked and clean. I really love the low cost Tee Shirts and other iteams.”

“I had to stop by this Dollar General store location this morning to grab a few things. I've visited this location many times previously, because the staff is always helpful and they're consistently open. Of the four locations in Lexington, this location is always stocked and properly staffed. This location is conveniently located on US-378, and they've a huge parking lot. The store is always clean and well maintained. I never have to wait in a long line, because they have self checkout counters.”
“Typical of many Dollar General stores, the isles are tight and there is overstock/new items on racks throughout the store making navigation difficult. However, the selection is great and many of my favorite things for everyday living can be found in one store.”
“This Goodwill always has great stuff, and it's well organized, but the prices are seriously high. When things still have store tags or yard sale tag and the goodwill price is higher, it feels like a scam.”

“The personnel are so helpful and kind! I gave only 4 stars because corporate is the factor in my rating. I shop there every single week and they're all consistently busy stocking, organizing, making themselves available to us customers for questions and checkout. I do have to make honorable mentions to the following employees and manager: Andrea (management), Jake (cashier/stocker) & David (floor management/stocker). They are the KINDEST, MOST HELPFUL team members I've encountered! I'm thankful for them! They remember you and call you by name if you ever told them your name. They work SO hard! My family and I are grateful for ALLLLL of them!”

“I usually hate going into the store because it's so filthy and the employees are rude but as I went in there today there was a new person in there his demeanor was such a good presence of customer service at its best he was very polite and was very helpful and knowledgeable keep up the good work I would definitely come back to this location again”
“I just experienced the most phenomenal customer service I've ever had at a DG. According to my receipt the gentlemen's name was Hayden but he took the time to fold the shirt I purchased. He stopped stocking the shelves and promptly came to the register when I approached the checkout area. I'm willing to pass 5 DG's in the area to return to this one for now on! Not to mention the shelves were stocked neatly and I didn't have to duck and doge carts throughout the store like an obstacle course.”
