“The manager was so helpful and understanding! We came in to tell them we just couldn't sleep on the marttress we had purchased from them. There was a 120 day guarantee trial when we purchased it. She never questioned our complaint at all. She ordered a box spring at no cost to us to see if that would help our issue. If not, she said to come back in and they will exchange the mattress for a new one. You couldn't argue about that at all. Also delivery was free for the box spring. We were very pleased with her response and handling of our issue. Thank you so much!”

He could not be there in the morning but arranged for Jeremy to help me. The sales price was good so I bought the chair. “I am a repeat customer and I am very pleased with the people I have dealt with. They have always been nice, friendly and attentive to my needs. One of the delivery guys came back to my house after the store had closed and reversed the way my dryer door opened to make it easier for me to move my clothes from the washer to the dryer. He didn't have time to do it while he was working so he did it on his own time. We had a great time just talking and getting to know one another. I tried to pay him but he refused. He said he just wanted me to be a loyal Aaron's customer. That was my first time dealing with the company. So yes I'm a repeat customer and very satisfied.”

“Okay, we went into Mattress Firm with daughter and son in law. They were shopping for bedding.
We purchased, they didn’t!!!
Phillip, our sales person was awesome. He searched for every discount available in order to get into our price range. He was so honest about everything. He was hearing my daughter, her husband trying to get the ergo bed to react to their snoring ( it won’t work unless you have the app! ) but he kept looking for a way to get the best deal for the money for us. He didn’t miss a beat and managed to get close to our number.
Then today, the delivery went flawlessly. It was almost unbelievable. Just great men from the Dominican Republic. They talked with us but never slowed their work. In and out in no time, even explaining the remote and app.
