“Tim and Jane (store owners/managers) are always so kind, friendly, and helpful. I've been using their store for various print and shipping needs for probably 8-9 years. Tim always remembers my name even if I hadn't been in the store in a long time. Great customer service that keeps me from shopping my print/shipping business anywhere else as long as these two are here.”

“I have NEVER had an issue at the UPS store at Kennerly and Broad River in Irmo. Even if I did, I would chalk it up to an isolated incidence. It wouldn’t cause me to never go there again. People have bad days and many people don’t earn a living wage no matter how hard they work. Some people have to work sick or after being up all night with a sick child or other loved one or have to deal with rude customers more often than we have to deal with that one person who might be rude to us. Our world needs more patience and kindness in it and not all of it needs to come from those who are serving us. I am appalled at some of the reviews on here.”

This is how all the employees should be here not texting on their phones which seemed to be the norm before, thank you sir for putting customers first”
