“You must talk to Marc Cox at Cox Tire for your tire and auto service needs. Located on Highway #1 across from Luce Cucina Italiano Plaza is a great auto shop. I collected four estimates in Lexington on both family vehicles and Mr. Cox was lower by $200 total. In addition, he installed better quality tires on the older vehicle than the other shops offered. I waited as the first vehicle was serviced and I witnessed his management style and customer service first hand. A woman stopped by and asked if he’d help her with air and she was assisted by him immediately. Mr. Cox is polite, respectful and he knows his trade. His invoice is by far the simplest to understand regarding charges for parts, labor, disposal fees and taxes. Do yourself a favor and compare services at Cox Tires to your current auto service center and you’ll be satisfied, as I am.”

“These are great folks! Hubby blew out tire on his trailer this morning. He looked up and saw their sign and limped trailer in to their shop. They were friendly and very accomodating. They went out of their way to get him repaired and back on his way.
Incidentally, I had a sudden flat about 7 months ago while driving on Highway 1 near Lexington. I too saw their sign and pulled in. They began working on it before I even got to the waiting room. I felt safe and so thankful. They were very professional and friendly.”

“Doc and his crew were my Christmas miracle. I was traveling on a long road trip and about 1/2 way through my car ran out of oil due to an oil pump leak. I was so lucky to find Doc's garage. They spent the day finding parts and even making a custom gasket in order to get me back on the road in time to make my Christmas travel plans. What could have easily ruined my Christmas turned into a highlight of my trip when they fixed my car, and even added on a needed timing belt, saving me hundreds in the long run. I felt like my car was being fixed in Santa's workshop. They charged a very reasonable, almost generous price. I couldn't have asked for better luck. “I have been coming to the Lexington location for the past 6 years. Every single time I have been extremely impressed with the customer service and speed at which Lee and his team have looked after me. They explain in great detail how the pricing and service time is for mechanical repairs and do a thorough comparison in person when choosing sets of tires. I have bought at least 4 sets of tires there and have had a few mechanical repairs done as well. They warranty their work and stand behind it. I stand behind them and I don’t take my cars n trucks anywhere else. I highly recommend for customer service AND workmanship. 10/10”

After calling around to several shops and getting the runaround, my husband called this Mavis and spoke with Cody, and the experience was completely different. Cody was incredibly understanding of our situation, listened to what we needed, and made suggestions based upon that conversation. They bantered a bit back and forth, and thanked my husband for his military service. That level of attention and respect really stood out.
The communication was clear, helpful, and refreshingly genuine. Based on that alone, we’ve decided to get all 12 tires from Cody and his crew later this month. If the in-person service matches what we experienced over the phone, they’ve definitely earned customers for life. Highly recommend!”

“I would definitely recommend me and my wife have used him for our cars he patched hers and sold me some used tires for super cheap and we were in and out in 30 minutes max and haven’t had any issues with the patches or tires since and it’s been about 3 months for the tires and a week for the patches”
“Your service advisors and staff went out of their way to assist me with a punctured tire. We are currently down to one car. This past Saturday (6/29), we picked up a screw in one of my tires. I took the car to Firestone late in the workday (about 5:30). Due to the volume of work, the service advisor (Ashton) asked if he could hold the tire and if I could return Sunday morning and they would try to fix it or, if necessary, replace the tire. I came back Sunday morning and another service advisor (Logan) had a technician look at the tire. Due to the amount of damage, they were unable to patch it; however, Logan was able to work with me on getting a new tire that was similar to my damaged tire. The cost of the new tire was greatly offset by the remaining warranty on the damaged tire. We had a lot of responsibilities this weekend for which we needed a car. Your staff provided excellent customer service and ensured our car was road ready. Thank you to Ashton, Logan, and your Tech.”
