“Vicky here, leaving this review on my husband's account. We moved here recently and went in to set up new accounts. We brought my senior mother who did the same. We were greeted warmly and had a very brief waiting time. Shortly after arriving we met Paige Pittard the branch manager. She was wonderful! She spent so much time with us and was so thorough. We all went into her office together. She was delightful, informative, patient and took as much time as we needed to make sure that everything was carefully explained and completed. We're so glad we went in for information that day and look forward to many years of banking at this location. Other side notes, this location was easy to find and close to the YMCA which will be convenient. The rest of the staff was all friendly and we really liked the set up for the safety deposit boxes. “Very helpful customer service. A young man (Ian?) walked us through some challenges with setting up accounts for recently arrived citizens. He stayed late, gave us options and explained things so we were clear on our choices.
We had to use the ATM outside and I was surprised to find the only one available was in the drive up lane. It felt a little dangerous for us to stand there while working on the machine.”

“This was my first time visiting this Wells Fargo & I had a great experience! I'd accidentally lost my wallet, so I had to go into the bank to get cash. Debbie assisted me with this matter & she was so nice & friendly! She greeted me with a smile & we had a good laugh about my wallet experience (I dropped it in a large body of water)! She was a caring person with a beautiful spirit & I needed that type of experience on Monday! I asked her if there was a way to expedite a new bank card. She asked Jason (branch manager) to be sure & he stated that it could be done. He took the time to write the number down for me & explained the process. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I received from Debbie & Jason! They're doing a wonderful job!!!”

“A friendly group of people, that I have banked with since it took the place of First National Bank. I like their hours of operations, especially on Saturday when most banks are closed. They are open Monday through Wednesday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday and Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. They have been helpful and friendly to me, and they really are a convenient bank.”
