At the store they discovered my alternator needed to be replaced. The store was very clean and the part I needed was in stock. They deserve 100 stars. Thank you guys. I'll be a customer for all my automotive needs. Side note, Austin has a mobile service performing automotive work.”
“Staff was very helpful and friendly. Brought in a ryobi battery operated screw driver that would not charge. Daniel and Mike identified the battery and determined that the battery was not available. “I like O'Reilly's. They usually have the parts I need for my truck. Almost never for my BMW. Lol. This O'Reilly's always has 4 or 5 associates working so there's always someone to help me(if I need help)without waiting. And this store is always clean. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I bought some coolant and asked for a paper funnel so I don't spill any coolant on the ground while filling my reservoir. The manager said they don't give out paper funnels anymore because they would eventually find those paper funnels on the ground in the parking lot.
Other O'Reilly's stores still give out the paper funnel.”
