“This is my first time at this branch and I was skeptical at first when I saw the low reviews, but it's literally 3 minutes away from my home.Let me tell you that the service was amazing! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, asked what type of service I needed (which was opening an account).Last time I opened an account at Chase Bank, it took almost 50 minutes if not more, but here it literally took 16 minutes, and that's from going in and leaving the bank.Kim was super nice and even the bank manager Chris came and welcomed us as new customers and clients of Back of America. The whole experience was very positive and very pleasant!I can't say enough, and others who are checking the reviews and planning to visit this branch, please write your positive reviews as well!”
