“I don’t write reviews in these days we live in where everyone wants you to write a positive review for just being. So here’s a review well deserved. Background, I have bought furniture from the factory furniture for years. In fact my house is most likely outfitted from them in total. My wife and I recently went in to buy some pieces that are no longer available, story of my life lol. So after purchasing some pieces and paying… my wife and I left. Got a call from Chris letting us know he made a mistake in cost…not in his favor but in mine. The amount is not the important part but the fact he caught it before I did and addressed it and corrected the mistake. Bravo!!! If you are still reading this review, good. This is a family business. A family that treats you fair but still a business. They must make a profit, yes the bad the word lol, but you still save money here, and time rather driving and going to other stores etc. I said to Chris, “people buy from people not price”. In this store I get both and I believe you will also. Years and years of purchases from them has proven the fact. Honest, integrity and low prices is a slogan everyone uses with short comings. Here they actually exist. Thank you Chris and the rest of your family. You have earned this review and a this customer. You guys are all aces!!”

“Unlimited everything to choose from! The lighting deals, you can't beat anywhere! The furniture is absolutely beautiful and unique if you're looking for something different. Butcher block prices are unbeatable as well as any flooring! I'll be coming here for my DIY projects!! Walked out with 1 chandelier, 2 huge pendant lights, cutest wooden vase, king sized pillow, and a few knick knacks for under $120.00! That's typically the cost for one chandelier! Help was around the corner everytime I needed it! Super friendly staff... Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back for some rugs and furniture pieces for sure! “Ordered the GE All in one washer/dryer combo from Cole. Offered a fast delivery but needed to wait an extra week. Delivery guys Justin and Micheal were spot on with the morning call and estimated arrival time. Kept us informed throughout the day. Arrived and like a well oiled machine got to work. Flawless installation and verified everything was in working order before leaving. Highly recommend this store and their delivery team as they are Above reproach!”

“Lovely antique market in Piedmont. They have two stories of booths chock full of antiques and collectibles from all manner of vendors. I particularly enjoy shopping here for NASCAR memorabilia as well as vinyl records and retro video games. Some of my favorite booths are at the very end of the basement with the man cave store and the VHS/video game booth. Tons of good finds here with most being at a reasonable price. They also have some great collectibles in the glass case at the checkout. Their stock changes regularly so be sure to stop by a few times a season, you never know what you'll find!”

They’ve gone out to the site multiple times Created 3-D imaging, and other presentations for us to pick with various options. They even had a white glove delivery and installation service place all the furniture before we arrived. “If you're looking for cheap, online furniture... Keep moving, this review won't help you. But if you're looking for high quality materials, craftsmanship, and knowledgeable people, may I suggest Uncle Jake's? My wife and I were looking for a dining room table and chairs and we could not find anything at other furniture stores that looked good and was made with high quality materials. We walked into Uncle Jake's storeroom and was immediately greeted by Tripp who showed us around, answered all of our questions (in three separate visits), and helped us customize our table and chairs - style, wood selection, finish, and upholstering. He was up front about the lead time that we should expect, as this was going to be custom-made. Tripp and the team communicated with us throughout the process and when the table and chairs were delivered to their warehouse, we were immediately called. We could not be happier with the product and service from Uncle Jake's. Pro tip: order an extra table leaf. When they build your table, the grains will match and the finishing will all look the same. If you go back months or years later to order a leaf, it's virtually impossible to get an exact match- the wood, temperatures, humidity, etc. will all be different. We got two additional leafs and they store nicely under the table!!”
