“I like my Newport Aldi so much.. Sometimes it's packed, but the line usually moves fast.. love the produce & nut selection & the best chicken salad around..best breads also..”
“My family and I had an amazing time picking peaches, flowers and enjoying ice cream. Peaches are super juicy and sweet and will be fabulous for a nice peach crisp. The flowers made a beautiful arrangement for my dining table. This is them 4 days after being picked. Still full of life! We will definitely return to Cotton Hills!”
“I lived in that neighborhood for most of my life and Woodlands was and still is a great establishment and all around one stop shop. Pump Jockey at Woodlands was my first job and some of my favorite memories happened here. Amazing food! You gotta get some of them chicken skins and you won't believe how big and juicy their whole birds are! Friendly service from owners and staff. We're looking forward to decade after decade of smiles and kind words you can't find anywhere else. Woodland Grocery "More than just a convenience store" I think It's gonna be Woodlands for breakfast. Check it out!”
“I love this place and the people in it!! The owners and employees are always so helpful and friendly. They really treat you like family. The food is great as well!! Very lucky to have them as my neighborhood store ❤️”
“I'm staying with friends about 15 minutes away from here, and this is the closest grocery store to me. I'm very happy with that, as Food Lion is my go-to place in Charlotte where I'm from.
The prices are reasonable, they have a great selection of produce, the store was spotless, and the staff friendly. Wonderful!”
“Dollar General seems to dominate the southern states for sure. Some stores are big, some small but always a shopping experience. You can find strange and unusual items, including food and drink. Not everything really costs a dollar!”
“I had previously been at a dollar tree nearby (dirty, cluttered, boxes open & unopened all over the floors, shopping carts full of items that need to go back on the shelves) prior to going to the Dollar Tree in Lake Wylie, which I thought would be the same but The lake Wylie Dollar Tree was immaculate. No clutter, everything organized and clean. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. I was so impressed and will only go to this location. Thank you to Bryce, David, Rihanna, and Alexis the staff that was on that day.”
“So I didnt think our little Sharon DG was too much to talk about..until today. I visited 2 other DGs in a bigger town in NC, and oh my gosh, if i didnt find myself wishing i was my home's store. It looks fantastic since the remodel, its much cleaner, more organized, and offers more day to day grocery items. I feel like i dont have to go to the dreaded walmart anymore. This place is great!”

“Highly recommend. John was super nice. Showed us around the farm, even showed us the inside of a beehive! He was great company to talk to, and had such beautiful kept land. We purchased a half gallon of honey from him and didn't break the bank like if we had from the store!”

“Young man that helped me was very nice and helpful. I went back in to cash in a scratcher and the girl couldn't be bothered to utter a word. I said hello, no reply. I said thank you and good bye and no reply. Customer service is #1 in this economy, blatantly ignoring a customer makes them feel unwanted. So for me if I see that she's working, I'm out. As for the young man, I'll pop in to see him and have a little chat.”
“Huge! Very clean and easy to navigate, there were no cashiers, only self checkouts open. I found everything I needed and the attendant at the self checkout was very helpful.”
“We drove over from South Carolina to visit family near Knoxville after spending an afternoon at Frozen Head State park. We were in need of snacks and drinks for our trip back home. Walmart had everything we needed including a new portable cooler and ice. The store was
neat, clean and well stocked. The employees were attentive and helpful however the checkout/cashier process was abysmal, long and arduous line with not enough open registers and what seemed like multiple trainee cashiers. I will probably not return to this location.”
“Clerk was not at the register and was down an isle where we could see herald she us. She did not come to check us out until a line formed. Not a great way to treat your customers. I realize you have other duties but your customers should always come first.”
“Jennifer is an amazing woman! She found out my wife LOVES nutcracker statues and presented her with the most amazing ones for her Christmas collection! This is always my go to, head out and see the gals!”
