I've been banking with these people for close to 10 years. They've been really good to work with. Not had a problem yet

I have banked here for years and have never had any problems until today. The hours clearly say that they are open in a lobby until 5:30 on Fridays and the drive-thru is open till 6:00 we pulled up at 5:00 on the dot and the teller rudely told us that they were closed. I've been banking here for 15 years, Checking, Business accounts, Business loans...By far the best bank that I have ever used.
