“Last week my new iPhone 15 Plus (only had it a week and a half) froze and would not respond to touch or reset. I was out of town on business and not having a phone was causing major problems. Cameron at this Verizon store helped me a prioritized getting me a new phone immediately and restoring my data. I have never received such great service for a cell phone and I’ve had one since 1996 with about 4 different carriers. Thank you again Cameron. Your kindness is not forgotten and your service should be rewarded.”
“We can not say enough wonderful things about Jordan Whaley, he went above and beyond our expectations! We placed a repair call to Home Telecom, Jordan was able to make it out to us later in the evening (after hours). He was upbeat ,knowledgeable, patience and kind! He was able to trouble shot to determine most likely the squirrels chewed the wires. He was able to make all the arraignments to have new wires run the next day. Jordan returned to make sure we were all set. We had no idea squirrels ate cables. Jordan Whaley is defiantly an asset to Home Telecom! Jordan, thank you !”
