We placed a repair call to Home Telecom, Jordan was able to make it out to us later in the evening (after hours). He was upbeat ,knowledgeable, patience and kind! He was able to trouble shot to determine most likely the squirrels chewed the wires. He was able to make all the arraignments to have new wires run the next day. Jordan returned to make sure we were all set. We had no idea squirrels ate cables. Jordan Whaley is defiantly an asset to Home Telecom! Jordan, thank you !”
