“Gas pumps worked, hubby paid with a card then went inside to buy his lottery ticket with cash. They sell basic gas station stuff. There is always some traffic there. But not too bad. Lot is small but adequate”
“The service is excellent everyone behind the counter remembers my name and there's plenty of stuff on the Shelf. They open early and they close late. It's owned by Indians from India of course, and they treat me with such dignity and respect I can't help but go there again and again and again for all my convenience needs. There's a young woman there I won't give her name but she is so respectful and always make sure that my experience is good. There's a young man there who is the son of one of the managers or owners I'm not sure but he's one of the sons and he is very respectful and intellectual. This place has my business until it changes ownership or is run differently. I can go to any store and this place I have to say is either first or second best I haven't decided. Also they don't require the mask. That comes last in my reasoning but it's a factor. So if you're ever in Batesburg-Leesville go to the store because they know how to run a business! Yeah I know I sound like a shill but I'm telling you from personal experience this place will take care of you. If I need convenience they are my first stop even if the prices are higher. The store is clean and well-managed and the employees have great customer service skills except for one but I suspect she might have autism. Which just makes me respect them more for giving her a job and keeping her employed. This place has five stars for me. Go and enjoy!”
“Jimmy and Bobby own and run the place. They're super professional and friendly. EXCELLENT customer service! They hire friendly and competent staff that make the most mundane purchase seem like you're a welcomed and important member of the community. During hurricane Helene they had power and gas. Kept us all going through the worst parts of it.”

“stays busy for breakfast every time I have a job site on that side of town. that's where go. very quick staff. very polite and very helpful. they know you got to be somewhere , and know you got to be out quick so they try to get you in and out as fast as they can. pleasantly”
“They have ethanol free gas!!! Only a few places in town have it!!! Very nice inside with a good selection of drinks and snacks. Haven't tried the food yet. It's nice to have a gas station in town that is not owned by someone in town to help keep the gas prices down in town!!!”
“I live in NC but had been to Wagener to visit family. I've stopped here probably a hundred times for gas on my way back home, mostly when the Huddle House was attached.
Last Wednesday, I was heading back home and stopped by to get gas. Before I could get anything, the card slot clamped down on my card and wouldn't let go! I tried several times to remove it, to no avail. I was ticked off and kind of paranoid that I had to leave my card in while I went in to get help.
I was a bit frantic when I made it into the building. I waited for a couple of customers to finish checking out and then told the cashier what had happened. A lady names Deanne (or Deanna) saw how upset I was and came over right away to help with no delay. That she saw how upset I was and took action immediately made all the difference in the world! As we were walking out, she asked which pump I was at. I told her it was #8. She kind of made a face and said that sometimes pump 8 does weird things. She tugged lightly on my card and, when it didn't budge, pushed it forward and then pulled it right out! I could have hugged her! She was so nice and recognized my distress and that made all the difference!
I WILL be back, every time I visit my mom. I'll just stay away from pump #8!?”
“They had a good selection of snacks and were very friendly. The bathroom was available and clean. Overall a very pleasant experience and was a quick in and out with no wait.”
