“5th Wheel rails installation
I would not recommend.
First off, I had to drive 26 miles each way to sign a waiver for them to cut 2 slits in the bottom of the truck bed, which it tells you to do. When I picked up my truck the 4X4 did not work. After hours of troubleshooting I found a blown fuse. After further inspection I found that they drilled into the wiring harness that caused the problem. No mention of any issues when I picked up the truck. The front outside brackets are clearly marked, passenger side and driver side. They were installed on the wrong side. Step 1 in the instructions that I provided says; On the inside of the left vehicle frame is a wiring harness that is held in place with plastic clips. This section of wiring
harness must be moved aside by removing plastic clips from frame. This will allow the hitch parts to be positioned cor-rectly on frame.
Update; Kyle, the store manager called me on Monday 9-15-2025. He said his technician did not drill into my wiring harness and wanted pictures. He also stated that if they had done that, they would have told him and me.

UPDATE; Kyle had me take my truck to River Rock tire on 10/8/2025. They repaired the wire.”

“This was my first time dealing with Link’s body shop. I was referred by a friend and boy he wasn’t wrong. They did a great job on the body of my car. I had a dent and a few scratches and had to get my mirror replaced. When I got my car back I was shocked because it looked brand new! I didn’t have to wait but two weeks and my car was back in my possession. I thought it would be about a month. I want to thank the hands of Link’s employees that fix my car in a timely manner. Oh yeah they even washed and cleaned it up as well and I didn’t ask them too! If you want your car fixed right after a collision or just need fixed give link’s body shop a try and you won’t be dissatisfied!”

“It's unfortunate that someone broke into my Hyundai sonata. Broke the handle and the ignition trying to steal it. Insurance gave me money to fix it but not enough. I called westside collision because I dealt with them when I had car problems before. All it took was one phone call and dropping my car off. They were even done before the day they told me it would be done. I didn't have much money to pay the deductible but Andy made it work for me. Any car problems they I have, I am going here! And I would recommend this place to anyone that has a car problem. People are scared to go big mechanic shops because they think it's gonna be expensive. They price everything fair. And they worked with me they last 2x I had problem. The staff is great too. They even washed the car for me before I arrive. It's better to deal with people that you trust. It might sound like a commercial, but it's not . I'ma real person just given my real feedback about a really great company. Thanks again Westside Collision.”
