“This morning, I had a battery issue that caused my Bronco Sport to lose all power at the intersection of Highway 290 and Reidville Road. In a 7:00 AM panic, I was trying to find someone to help jump my vehicle when one of your master technicians (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) came to my rescue.
He quickly got my Bronco started and was incredibly kind and helpful during a stressful situation. I was later able to get everything resolved thanks to a pending Ford recall, but I wanted to publicly express my gratitude.
