It is a beautiful layout, very welcoming, fits our wishlist for a home and close to all things in Mount Pleasant and not far from downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island, and Shem Creek.”

Everyone is very personable and it’s like having a family. Grounds are kept immaculate and all personnel is very helpful. Just renewed my lease for another year. “I was 100% satisfied with my two years at Runaway Bay. The location is incredibly convenient: 15 mins to downtown one way and the beach the other! I always felt safe walking/running to the Ravenel Bridge, Waterfront Park, the I'On Neighborhood, and around the trails in the complex. I also enjoyed the pool during the summer.My second floor, 1BR unit had beautiful vaulted ceilings and I loved sitting on my screened-porch. The community is quiet and my neighbors were always friendly.Maintenance was always responsive and helpful. One time my AC broke after hours, and someone was there within the hour.While the finishes may be a bit more dated than in newer apartment communities, it never bothered me. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Hello! I was apartment shopping for my sister, again, she is moving to the area. We flew in and definitely didn’t plan out the visit well so just did a drop in. We had a great tour and the community seemed well kept. It was honestly the best tour we had during our 3 day visit. My sister hasn’t made a decision yet but I’m pushing for the Boulevard.”
