“We drove 3.5 hours to visit this location and Katie made it absolutely worth every mile. Our 16-month-old is at that wiggly, unpredictable toddler stage, and Katie was a dream — incredibly patient, playful and goofy with our little one in the best way, while still being completely professional and attentive. Even with other customers needing help, we never once felt rushed or like a burden. She just had this amazing ability to give everyone what they needed. We’ll 100% make a point to come back every time we’re in the area to get our girl sized and find her next pair of shoes. Thank you, Katie — you’re the reason people become loyal customers!”
“My review is mainly about the customer service. Unfortunately every time I come to this specific location they are out of my size (L) in all of the sales items. This is the case no matter what day or time. Fortunately I don’t mind ordering online in-store as they can have it shipped to me for free. I have also made several returns of online orders in person at this location, most recently with cashiers Grace and Mikayla. They made it quick and easy with the funds going back on my Old Navy card.”
“Totally surprised that there are any bad reviews for this store. I have been shopping here for many years (since they opened!) and find their sales people to be extremely friendly and helpful. The store offers a great selection and my girls love the Athleta Girl section in the back. Just yesterday a girl named Christine helped me and was extremely kind.”
