“I visited this adorable boutique while on vacation and am so glad I did. The minute I walked in, the clothing and staff were like a breath of fresh air. I tried on at least 40 things and Caroline was wonderful helping me with what looked best on my body type. The accessories are also adorable and she helped me with those once I chose my dresses. I can't wait to come back next time I visit Mt. Pleasant. This boutique is one of the best I have ever visited based on selection, quality, and customer service. Highly recommend!”

“My review is mainly about the customer service. Unfortunately every time I come to this specific location they are out of my size (L) in all of the sales items. This is the case no matter what day or time. Fortunately I don’t mind ordering online in-store as they can have it shipped to me for free. I have also made several returns of online orders in person at this location, most recently with cashiers Grace and Mikayla. They made it quick and easy with the funds going back on my Old Navy card.”

“I went into Las Olas to look for some clothes for my bachelorette trip and it was such a pleasure to be treated with so much help and courtesy while shopping. Maryanne was working and helped me find what I needed and made sure to check in when I was trying on clothes to see if I needed other sizes. She was super bubbly and friendly and made the whole experience better. It was very refreshing to go into a store and get good customer service especially from someone so young, as I feel customer service has been lacking in a lot of retail stores lately.”

“Totally surprised that there are any bad reviews for this store. I have been shopping here for many years (since they opened!) and find their sales people to be extremely friendly and helpful. The store offers a great selection and my girls love the Athleta Girl section in the back. Just yesterday a girl named Christine helped me and was extremely kind.”
“My favorite shop for jewelry. Always has amazing deals. In style clothes/shoes for reasonable prices. And I've been complimented a few times on my perfume from there.”
“This location is very difficult to find. No large sign out front, and the main doors of the old Saks is not where you enter. It’s on the back side facing the parking lot. They should have a sign on the main doors directing people to the correct door, especially without a sign hanging out front! For all that are saying they aren’t open, they are, but it’s very hidden! On the plus side, the store is large, TONS of animatronics this year. No more product than the previous location, but since the sq footage is larger it is easier to shop and more spread out.”
“Nordstrom is my fave go to as far as shopping for designer perfumes and purses. You can only get the high end brands online, but they still have simple brands in store, such as Michael Kors, Kurt Geiger, Kate spade, etc. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. The charleston location is always cheaper than columbia FYI.”
“There are a lot of cute items, but the prices at this store specifically for athletic wear (lululemon and brand name shoes) are much higher than uptown cheapskates in NC; twice the price for a lot of items like shorts and athletic skorts or running shoes. The stores in the Charlotte, NC area go through a ton of these items quickly/as soon as it is set out, but $37.99 for shorts or 49.99 for a tennis skirt at this location is just too close to retail sale prices.”
