“This Hotel was a massive surprise. Nichole is amazing !!!!!!!! The customer service we received was above and beyond. The room was very nice and large and clean. The pool was also amazing. Really i would stay here again over and over cause of the customer service. You have great views of the marsh and the ocean and there are a bunch of restaurants in walking distance and also a trader joe’s and whole foods idk if i would walk there but there are very close . The Inn is close to beaches as well.”

“We worked with Kathy at the front desk who was so helpful, kind, and friendly. We had just left another hotel with a bad experience, so meeting Kathy was a Godsend. Our rooms were great. Newly renovated (4th floor) room, with the construction crew on 3rd floor. The noise didn’t bother us because they stopped working at (pm and we were gone during the day. Hilton always has the best mattresses! The breakfast was great and when they ran out of orange juice one of the staff ran to store to buy more. Thank you Kathy for a nice stay.
Rooms: Great newly remodeled room. Great location for shopping.”

“Amazing resort! Absolutely beautiful with wonderful views. Lovely decor inside, and pool area is spacious and VERY nice. Adjacent to the hotel is the Charleston Fish House, which also has amazing views, and the food is very good! All around, this resort is exceptional.”
“Situations were resolved. I enjoy this hotel and love the people there. I thought it was the hotel not giving me my $60 security hold when really it was the cashapp customer service. The GM went above and beyond and they still wouldn’t work with her to give me my deposit back. I recommend this hotel because the price. The manager, customer service even housekeeping has always been nice”

“The location is excellent—right next to the Ravenel Bridge—and it was easy to get around with a car. However, I was disappointed to find that parking wasn’t free, especially since the property isn’t located in the heart of the city. The staffs I encountered were courteous and quick to respond, and the complimentary breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also offers a free evening reception, but by around 6 p.m., some of the snacks had already run out and were not replenished.
Lobby and breakfast area were clean and beautifully maintained.
The main downside was the condition of the room, which is starting to show its age. While the space was large, the water pressure—particularly in the toilet—was low. The cabinet doors were loose, the shower faucet and toilet paper holder weren’t properly secured, and the bathroom’s sliding door didn’t fully close. Housekeeping also could have been more thorough, as the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned during my stay.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again unless the maintenance and cleanliness issues are improved.”
