“Booked a room for my mom while she was in town for a weekend. She had a wonderful weekend. She said she was treated with kindness throughout her stay. She took a stroll for a glass of wine. Hung out by the pool. Mr Rains knows hospitality. 🤌”
“We stayed for one night passing through. It was a nice atmosphere, room was clean. We only have a couple complaints. If you're going to have the breakfast you need to get down pretty early. We went down around 8:30 and there was very limited seating. Also, be careful where you park. We parked next to one of the islands and went to get our and thankfully I looked down. There were fire ant mounts everywhere and there were ants under where the car was. We decided to park elsewhere! All in all it was a good experience. While your there check out the Restaurants on Shems Creek Boardwalk. That was awesome!”

“We recently stayed here while visiting Charleston. The hotel is located inside a shopping mall. It's pretty new. Room is clean and well maintained. Front desk is very friendly. Breakfast is great (better than other holiday Inn locations). Location wise it's a bit far away from Charleston historic area but not too bad (20 min drive). Highly recommend this location.”

The breakfast in the mornings was also great. This place is in a great location and worth the price, definitely will be back again.”

“Great location near Charleston, historical Mount Pleasant and the beach in Isle of Palms. Everything is walking distance from this hotel. Hotel might get worn out eventually but is well maintained…looks like they were working one room at a time with painting, carpeting, and new furniture from what we saw spending a week here. Nice shops and services nearby.”

“Amazing resort! Absolutely beautiful with wonderful views. Lovely decor inside, and pool area is spacious and VERY nice. Adjacent to the hotel is the Charleston Fish House, which also has amazing views, and the food is very good! All around, this resort is exceptional.”

“Great stay. Staff was friendly and competent. Room was clean and the only issue was the toilet sometimes wouldn't work. But smacking it remedied the problem so I managed.”
“Absolutely amazing service! Dev was so sweet and helpful as were all the other staff members. The breakfast was great, room was great, everything was very clean and nicely put together. The check-in process was super quick and easy. Also super close to downtown Charleston as well as idle of palms (12 min to either), and a short walk from some grocery stores and restaurants! Will definitely book again next time I’m in Charleston!”
