“Plenty of parking at this MUSC facility where wife has seen specialists that only have equipment in this location, it is worth the trip if the appointment is mid day so traffic on the speedway 26 is not an issue and we can knock a couple of errands while in pretty Mount P Doctors do a good job but the waiting time is a little over the usual but as a patient there is not much you can do. I was tempted to take more stars for the waiting because appointment was at 12 and she got here at 11:45 as she was told and it is 1:15 and she is still there, maybe the doctor is at lunch?”

“Omg! I went to the labcorp office today and was helped by Courtney and I will say the professionalism and welcoming spirit she had made me feel great! I have been to a couple of labcorp facilities in the past and the customer service interactions have been a little sour. However, Courtney was amazing, from helping me with the kiosk all the way through, explaining the process all while demonstrating the ability to help other clients while they came into the facility. Courtney is truly a gem and I hope she excels in her career with Labcorp.

“Had the best experience today and by far better compared to any lab testing facility I’ve been to before. The owner was extremely nice and attentive and made sure my 18 month old son was taken care of as well. He gave him a toy to keep as well as gummy bears. You can tell he truly cares about his business and customers. Highly recommend this place to anyone in Charleston needing labs done! The place was also super clean, quiet and cozy. I felt like I was in someone’s home between the ambience and the hospitality. Glad to have found this place!”
