“I went to the Kohl's in Mt Pleasant, SC recently to use my Kohls cash which was about to expire. The store was clean and well organized. The displays were a good distance apart allowing for ease of movement between the racks. The clearance items were sorted by size and the clothes were not crammed on to the racks which allowed for much easier browsing. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the dressing rooms. The sales associate at checkout was friendly and efficient. I have been to many Kohls stores in several locations, this is the nicest one that I have visited. Well done.”

Jess immediately jumped in to help all three of us at once—grabbing different sizes and colors, even ordering items to be shipped directly to us. Both Jess and Jayden stayed past closing time so we could finish shopping without ever making us feel rushed, and they checked us out with genuine smiles.
The level of service we received was better than what I’ve experienced at luxury dealerships. “Cute little store up in Mount Pleasant! We came here because it was close to Page's Grilled Okra which we had eaten at earlier and this place was in walking distance. We found some cute souvenirs to bring back to Albuquerque for our kids. We got some shirts and some socks and everything was reasonably priced. The service was friendly. “My review is mainly about the customer service. Unfortunately every time I come to this specific location they are out of my size (L) in all of the sales items. This is the case no matter what day or time. Fortunately I don’t mind ordering online in-store as they can have it shipped to me for free. I have also made several returns of online orders in person at this location, most recently with cashiers Grace and Mikayla. They made it quick and easy with the funds going back on my Old Navy card.”
