“We stopped into Buck Mason on a Sunday just before closing, and Matty made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely excited to introduce my sons to the brand.
He took the time to help each of them find a couple of tops that fit their style, never making us feel rushed even though it was close to closing time. His knowledge, charm, and excellent customer service turned what was supposed to be a quick stop into one of the highlights of our day in Charleston.
We walked out with great clothes, bottles of water for the road, and a new favorite clothing brand. Thanks, Matty, for such a memorable experience—we’ll definitely be back!”

“Grady Ervin & Co is truly a classic store with great customer service and products. I went all around Charleston trying to pick out a store to make a tux for my wedding. Grady Ervin and specifically their specialist Orian stood out. Orian was the first person to offer a full consultation to answer any questions I had. Once the tux came in he was very patient during alterations process to make the tux perfect. All around great customer service and a great product. On top of all that they are pretty competitively priced for downtown Charleston.”

“besides Faherty making a great product and the store being spotless and well organized the service was the best I’ve ever experienced. Rhonda and crew took their time with me, didn’t rush and were very knowledgeable about their products. Rhonda asked me what fit I was looking for and cut right to what worked for me. I hate shopping but she made the experience more bearable, checking in on what worked and what didn’t. Also, her personality and attention wasn’t forced or fake. She also shipped my haul to me because I didn’t have room in my travel luggage. Low and behold, when I received the sale she left a personal note for my wife and I. Maybe Faherty really screens who they hire, maybe it’s Southern Hospitality but Rhonda and the rest of the staff were top notch 👌🏼”

“Pulled my old Tux out on Saturday morning for a black tie event that same evening, and let's just say, it was not 'viable' ( last worn in ~2008 ). Folks at Charleston Formal Wear helped me out of a bind - rented me a tux, sold me a bow tie ( hate clip ons ) and sent me on my way in a little under an hour. Home in time to watch the game ... errr take a nap ... by 3pm.
Didn't even give me too hard a time when I returned it a week+ late ;-)
