“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Joshua Craven at Verizon. I specifically come back to Joshua every time I need to upgrade or manage phones for my family because I completely trust him to look out for our best interests. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely kind. He always takes the time to find the best promotions and plans, handles our upgrades, and has even helped me through insurance claims when a phone was accidentally broken. What impresses me most is the patience and kindness he shows my mother, who is in her 80s and lives out of state. He has walked her through things step-by-step with incredible patience—even when I’m starting to lose mine! Joshua is exceptionally good at what he does and represents Verizon extremely well. It’s rare to find someone you trust enough to return to year after year for your entire family. I highly recommend him.”

“About two weeks ago, I went to AT&T in Mount Pleasant to trade in my phone. I ended up leaving with my new phone but had not set it up yet, so I took my old phone with me. Today, when I went into the store to return my old phone and complete my trade-in, there was a long line of customers before me (~8-10 guests). I had a very limited amount of time due to my work schedule and was not expecting for the process of dropping off an old device to be so lengthy. I was getting ready to leave since I did not budget enough time and headed towards the door; However, Julius kindly called me over as he saw me headed for the door and told me he was able to squeeze me in really quickly while he waited on his current customer’s phone to transfer information. The small act of kindness is exactly what amazing customer service is. Julius was able to help me complete my trade-in while simultaneously providing quality service to another customer. I have never left a review, let alone a five-star review for a phone service before but Julius was a top notch employee and an example of what customer service should look like at AT&T.”

“This location is perfectly situated in the shopping center right at the entrance. We were greeted by Mark and he assisted me with my new phone. The store is well lit - lots of new devices - and they are preparing for their Black Friday Sales!! Very airy feeling - the employees had a great sense of humor. Very cute seating area with a huge TV screen and surround sound. Mark assisted me and continued to check on my phone while it was transferring data. Mark even provided great recommendations for the Charleston area eateries. Thank You Mark!!!”
