“I had the best experience here today. I was greeted by THE nicest team and had the most knowledgeable member (Brian) helping me. I was in the store for several hours (no fault of theirs) and they never once grew tired of me and they were constantly checking on me to see if they could be of any help. I was there from the hours of 12:30 to 3:30 and not once did anyone take a break to eat or rest! The store was a revolving door of customers in need of help and they kept the lines moving with smiles on their faces. I came to this store to resolve an issue that my daughter was having with her phone and it was closest to her but I will forever drive the two hours if I ever need in-person help with anything of mine. Lisa, Tee Tee, and Keonte are an absolute DREAM TEAM. Each of them brought something special to the table, and together they created an environment that was welcoming, stress-free, and honestly… joyful.

Lisa was AMAZING — friendly, reassuring, and so easy to talk to. She has that rare ability to make you feel instantly comfortable, like you’re being helped by someone you’ve known for years. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.

Tee Tee brought such positive energy and kindness to the entire experience. She was upbeat, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went perfectly. The vibes were immaculate because of her — truly a ray of sunshine.

And Keonte tied it all together with professionalism and expertise that is second to none. Calm, confident, and incredibly helpful, he made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I never once felt confused or overwhelmed, which says EVERYTHING.

Steven helped me out and I came back today because of the billing cycle and helped me save my mom about $80 a month. Great place, ask for Steven, he was awesome.”
