I called AT&T, Cricket and had multiple chat calls. I had 2 exceptional women help me. This review is regarding Nicole at the Cricket store in West Ashley on Sam Rittenberg.
Nicole answered all my questions and got me up and running for my 14 day trial.

I was in an apartment then moved to a house and somehow AT&T cannot get it straight and he stood beside me both times wanting to help me figure it out. “Went in on Thursday because my mom was paying too much for her bill and needed to change it. She's not technologically advanced so she had no idea. Steven helped me out and I came back today because of the billing cycle and helped me save my mom about $80 a month. Great place, ask for Steven, he was awesome.”
