“This was second shopping experience at this store in Mt Pleasant and by far the better of the two.Took my family in to move them over from Verizon to my ATT account. Luckily, we got Jamie (hope I'm spelling it right).Thank gosh! I knew we'd be there for a few hours getting new phones, transferring service and phone contents, and we were, just over 2 hours.I don't have many experiences like this in retail stores, which is why I want to give Jamie a shout out and to let @ATT know they've got a keeper in him!This gentleman was such a pleasant soul to work with. The store is well lit - lots of new devices - and they are preparing for their Black Friday Sales!! Very airy feeling - the employees had a great sense of humor. Very cute seating area with a huge TV screen and surround sound. Mark assisted me and continued to check on my phone while it was transferring data. Mark even provided great recommendations for the Charleston area eateries. Thank You Mark!!!”
“Matt Loretta went out of his way to resolve my issue and guarantee my satisfaction as a new customer. He ruled out the most common issues, then he got on Tech Support. It seems my previous carrier had to provide a pin #. He set me up at a desk with a phone and allowed me to sit there and get on tech support with my previous provider. It took over an hour, and Matt periodically checked with me to see if I needed anything. Finally we got a new pin and he initiated the transfer of service. It worked! Matt gave me personal service instead of sending me to automated Tech Support. We need more Matt Lorettas in this world. Thanks for a great customer experience!!!”

“I'll be honest... I grew up going to this Walmart. Back when it was the hotspot and had Applebee's located next to it. However, trying to do curbside there these days is a joke. People park in the spots for curbside and nothing is done about that. Lots of tourists and rudeness of customers in the store. Still the same place it was 20 years ago, but with a lot more going on. Four stars for the location and people keeping this place alive!”
