I can’t say enough good things about Joshua Craven at Verizon. I specifically come back to Joshua every time I need to upgrade or manage phones for my family because I completely trust him to look out for our best interests. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely kind.

He always takes the time to find the best promotions and plans, handles our upgrades, and has even helped me through insurance claims when a phone was accidentally broken. What impresses me most is the patience and kindness he shows my mother, who is in her 80s and lives out of state. He has walked her through things step-by-step with incredible patience—even when I’m starting to lose mine!

Joshua is exceptionally good at what he does and represents Verizon extremely well. It’s rare to find someone you trust enough to return to year after year for your entire family. I highly recommend him.”

Bob (aka Robert from Sandwich) explained our options for him. While at it, he looked over the entire account and gave us a list of options for each of us. He took his time to tell us the benefits and any adjustments that could be made. We had only intended to fix one phone but we all four left wih new phones. “This location is perfectly situated in the shopping center right at the entrance. We were greeted by Mark and he assisted me with my new phone. The store is well lit - lots of new devices - and they are preparing for their Black Friday Sales!! Very airy feeling - the employees had a great sense of humor. Very cute seating area with a huge TV screen and surround sound. Mark assisted me and continued to check on my phone while it was transferring data. Mark even provided great recommendations for the Charleston area eateries. Thank You Mark!!!”

“I went in Thursday August 20. I dealt with Tony. He stayed after hours to help me. We ran into issues with my previous phone dying and we couldn't charge it up to set up my new phone. He went above the call of duty to help me in every way possible. We couldn't do it due to my previous phone breaking. He did set me up with a Pixel which I love. If Tony reads this, I sprayed contact cleaner in my old phone and was able to charge it. Believe me he tried everything he could to help me. Thank you for your patience Tony. I figured the rest out. I wish all stores had helpful sales people like Tony. Good Job!!!”
