Do not expect any help or customer service. If you try to get info about product availability - PeSmart associates will just hang up. They have no knowledge that cat is not a dog.

Always have good experience at Petsmart but prices on prescription food are so expensive. That's probably anywhere. Wish I could feed my cat regular food.

Cashier wasn't personable, seemed like customers were an inconvenience. Manager on shift was more helpful, but seemed like she would have rather been elsewhere. Got what I needed and left.
