“Does it get any better than this?!! I go here for their self serve dog wash and the accommodations are top notch! Shampoo, conditioner, sensitive skin products, aprons, towels, pet dryers, hot and cold water, brushes, and combs are all provided. And they clean the tubs in between each client. $18 per dog (which is a bargain!)
There are three stainless steel tubs with silicone loops to keep your dog in tub. They are all in one room in the back of the store.
I typically call first to know if there's a line Since one of my dogs is reactive. I have been told by the employees that the weekends are very busy with self-serve washes So I go Monday through Thursday before 3pm.”

“We’ve come here for years and have never had a complaint. In January 2026, we came in with our two big dogs and everyone was kind, as usual. But as we were leaving, an employee asked if we’d like to try some samples. Well OF COURSE our two dogs wanted to try some samples. He gave each of them some dog cookies and a small bowl of food. They loved it! My (human) daughter mentioned that it was the puppy’s birthday. He said, “That’s great! We’re having a birthday party!” Then he gave each of our dogs a squeaky-plush toy. Even though Petsmart is a big, national company, they do feel like they truly care about you here.”
“Good overall experience. They are probably slightly on the understaffed side, but I get it. I would suggest expecting some delays if you need specific help from an associate. Overall, everyone was very nice and there was ample inventory of what I was looking for.”

“We have been shopping Hollywood Feed for years!! We buy all the Georgia Smoked Jerky, our dogs favorite treats ever. Tuesday is a fabulous help!! She used some coupons for us that helped get the most bang for our buck. We’ll never go anywhere else in town for our pups”
