“I'm new to the area and I was nervous about finding service for our Audi from a shop that wouldn't judge me as just another sucker from Ohio coming through the door. I even made sure I had SC plates. WOW what a surprise. Where has Hudson Auto been my whole life ?? If they had a location in the snow Belt I might still be living there. Ironically I was referred by another local shop that only works on American cars. Even their Peers refer to them ! How impressive is that? I was Totally blown away by the service and their honesty and integrity. It's my wife's car and I woul have sworn it needed new brakes. Not the case... turns out the brakes had lots of miles left my wife just needs more drivers ed on when to brake ! I'll be back again and again.”

“A large oak branch fell and completely destroyed the side-view mirror on my new car. As I work nearby to the Mount Pleasant location of Better Collision I decided to let them handle the needed replacement and repairs.
That was a great decision! Alexis kindly and professionally greeted me and Brian provided me a quick estimate when I stopped by, without an appointment, on my lunch break.
When the replacement parts arrived I was able to easily schedule a time to drop off my car for the repairs, and even pick the car back up at the end of the day. The repairs were done beautifully, and as a bonus they gave my car and thorough cleaning inside and out - that's just great service!
Alexis and Brian were a pleasure to work with throughout the process, keeping me updated via phone and email - and always reachable when I had questions for them.
I would not hesitate to work with the team at Better Collision in the future, and have already recommended them to friends and co-workers.

“Phil/Phillip was beyond exceptional and HONEST. Other collision places wanted to charge me for several things that were just not necessary. I had a minor fender mender that dented my rear plastic bumper. Some said there could be interior damage or that the black bumper needed to be replaced because the clips. He repaired my car to almost perfect for No CHARGE. I'm left with a small dent and 2 small black dings that he touched up.
Again for NO CHARGE
