“I needed to replace the positive terminal for my battery as it kept coming loose causing my car to not start. The gentleman who after giving him all the information about my car, got me exactly what I needed. Because I didn't want to risk getting on the road and the car dying, I asked if it was OK for me to change it in the parking lot, and the same gentleman said sure, and showed me a diagram of how it all went back together, because of the fuse box. I was able to get the bolt for the terminal off, but I couldn't get the one for the fuse hookup to loosen. I poked my head in and asked if someone could just help me get it started, and the same gentleman came out to help me get everything apart, and put back together again. I'm so thankful because I had my kids in the car, and the last thing I needed was for my car to stop because it had come loose again.”
