“Had plenty of bare spots on my lawn caused by a stupid landscaper putting rye grass down on the centipede grass without telling me so it killed it so been trying to fix it called a few places selling topsoil got some prices most of tge prices seemed high so I kept looking i found Mulch Bucket gave them a call explained my situation the man on tge phone was so professional ans suggested I buy a mixture of topsoil and compost so i. got 3 yards of that mix got it delivered all for 228 great price and the mix was so good i just went back to get more so if you need topsoil I highly suggest using Mulch Bucket”

“I came here to pick up an online order and I give it five stars except they don't have any signs telling you where to pick your online order up. Apparently they have changed it to an outdoor delivery area versus coming out the front door.”

“12/11/2024. I had the pleasure of visiting the Home Depot in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina today. When I entered the store, I was greeted with a smile and eye contact. I browsed the store looking for an electrical extension cord and some lawn and leaf bags. I successfully found the extension cord but was unable to find the leaf bags, so I asked Shannon, who told me where they were. I use the self-checkout today which was very convenient and simple to use. Dale offered to assist me and he was extremely helpful. I recommend this Home Depot store and Dale to family and friends.

5/12/2026. When I walked into the store, an associate immediately walked up and greeted me with a smile and eye contact. She then offered assistance. After telling her that I needed a key made, she escorted me to the Key Machine. The associate then professionally and efficiently made the spare house key for me. She also compared it with the original and they matched. I also needed a large pack of Duracell AA Batteries and the same associate, Kayla, showed me where to find them. When I appeared at the self-checkout, Kayla was there and she immediately called me over, smiling and making eye contact. She quickly and conscientiously scanned my items and helped me with the checkout process. Once I paid, Kayla smiled and thanked me for visiting Home Depot, wished me a wonderful day, and hoped to see me again soon. I truly appreciated Kayla’s professional mannerism and assistance today. Her customer service was superb. I highly recommend Kayla and the Home Depot on Oak Forest Rd in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to family and friends.”

“Couldn't be happier about the truck, the price and the service. The truck we got was $168 for 9am til 5pm (on a Sunday) which was cheaper than Uhaul and Penske. The truck was basically new (3k miles) and was surprisingly big inside. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again.”

“i ordered and received a toilet after 9 days waiting. i paid $190.00 for the install to be done by ars on 8/23. no sign of them. i called their place of business. i have no idea what the "heck" is going on and apparently neither do they. home depot screwed this one up. ars will be out 8/24 so they tell me. hd had messed up the delivery date and therefore the install date was put on "hold." the toilet sits in my living room. hd never contacted me at all to let me know what happened. had i not dug into this issue this morning, hd would have had my money on my hd credit card and i guess i could have decorated the toilet for christmas in my living room. disgusted? you bet!”
