“I can't say enough good things about this Ace hardware. When I walked in for the first time I had no idea where anything was. I saw a lady (Jeanne?) crouched down stocking shelves and asked her where I could find a specific item. When she started to get up I implored her to not get interrupted, and that if she just pointed in the direction I could find the item. She insisted on showing me herself, then helped me cut some chain, and showed me another item across the store that I needed. I had not grabbed a cart, and while I was checking out she went and found a cart for me to use to get these items to my vehicle. Man! What service!”

“Couldn't be happier about the truck, the price and the service. The truck we got was $168 for 9am til 5pm (on a Sunday) which was cheaper than Uhaul and Penske. The truck was basically new (3k miles) and was surprisingly big inside. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again.”
“12/11/2024. I had the pleasure of visiting the Home Depot in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina today. When I entered the store, I was greeted with a smile and eye contact. I browsed the store looking for an electrical extension cord and some lawn and leaf bags. I successfully found the extension cord but was unable to find the leaf bags, so I asked Shannon, who told me where they were. I use the self-checkout today which was very convenient and simple to use. Dale offered to assist me and he was extremely helpful. I recommend this Home Depot store and Dale to family and friends.
5/12/2026. When I walked into the store, an associate immediately walked up and greeted me with a smile and eye contact. She then offered assistance. After telling her that I needed a key made, she escorted me to the Key Machine. The associate then professionally and efficiently made the spare house key for me. She also compared it with the original and they matched. I also needed a large pack of Duracell AA Batteries and the same associate, Kayla, showed me where to find them. When I appeared at the self-checkout, Kayla was there and she immediately called me over, smiling and making eye contact. She quickly and conscientiously scanned my items and helped me with the checkout process. Once I paid, Kayla smiled and thanked me for visiting Home Depot, wished me a wonderful day, and hoped to see me again soon. I truly appreciated Kayla’s professional mannerism and assistance today. Her customer service was superb. I highly recommend Kayla and the Home Depot on Oak Forest Rd in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to family and friends.”
“Went in looking for a particular leaf blower that was on sale but they were out of stock so after Consulting the store Mngr Cori and Matt they offered me a much nicer brand and matched the sale price of the one I was looking for! I can't believe how these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I will be a Lowe's Customer for life!! On a Scale of 1-10 I give this store a 10+!!
