“Buying appliances can be daunting especially when you are not in the same state! We had a difficult situation and Angelo & Izzy at A1 Coastal bent over backwards to give a good ending to an impossible situation. The people at our STR said the fridge stopped working, and A1 had the quickest delivery time of all the stores we called. Unfortunately there was a few measuring mishaps. The first delivery didn’t work out and the drivers took the fridge back. The staff made room in their schedule to deliver again the next day, but that too was not going to seemingly work. The staff went to the house to measure themselves and it was determined that there was nothing in stock that fit the measurements and had features that I wanted. We spoke and text to come up with an immediate solution to give them a working refrigerator. A1 had an older but working spare fridge they were willing to bring as a loaner until we sorted this all out, and delivered it. One thing is clear however, most businesses would not have had the patience for this situation, and big box stores would have never made so many attempts or put so much care into helping us find a solution.Pictures to follow once the new fridge is picked out and installed.”

“Purchased a dryer from this wonderful lady, we had a small issue out of her control and she fixed it, basically, immediately. Great customer service from what seems to be a family owned business. Keep your money in the community and take your home appliance needs to this small business. You won’t be disappointed!!”

“Beautiful quilt shop! The ladies were very knowledgeable and inviting. They walked me around the store and gave me a tour. They have a bargain row of sale fabrics and even put together 3 yard bundles for a quilt. Perfect for those times when you just want to create but don't want to coordinate! “My fridge broke down , I have two kids and on a tight budget , found a good deal it was online , however I didn't notice it would be apx 10 days before delivery, the office called me and seen I was in a bind, and had a good fridge on site and honored the online special, and had my fridge within apx 37 hours after initial phone call . “i ordered and received a toilet after 9 days waiting. i paid $190.00 for the install to be done by ars on 8/23. no sign of them. i called their place of business. i have no idea what the "heck" is going on and apparently neither do they. home depot screwed this one up. ars will be out 8/24 so they tell me. hd had messed up the delivery date and therefore the install date was put on "hold." the toilet sits in my living room. hd never contacted me at all to let me know what happened. had i not dug into this issue this morning, hd would have had my money on my hd credit card and i guess i could have decorated the toilet for christmas in my living room. disgusted? you bet!”

“Prince sold me a really good computer today. I worked with him this morning and it was a disastrous circumstance. I had professional obligations to attend to in 24 hrs and was lucky enough to backup my original computer before it finally died. Nearly caught fire at my house a 10 yr old computer. I caught the very last day of a sale, which was sheer luck, but Prince ultimately directed me to an i9 processing speed laptop with 1 Terabyte of Storage geared towards professionals who handle heavy heavy programs like I do and do a little bit of gaming on the side. I don't think Best Buy does commission, but I hope Prince gets a raise. He didn't show me anything outside of my budget, and really showed me 'function over fashion.' On a personal note just my opinion, I noticed SOME flashy laptops were actually weaker than the one I was buying - and the difference was 1000 dollars. So this made me trust Prince even more because im not naiive to the terminology or lingo spoken about tech. He steered me towards the right choice, which was away from gimmicks or flashy items and go for strength and structure. Honestly I don't need to spend another thousand dollars on something flashy if I'm the only person who sees the laptop. Original price was 1400, on sale I got it 999 for a very powerful laptop.”
