I shop there frequently and appreciate the options they carry and how helpful they are. I was recently getting supplies for my daughter's visit with her two Aussies. They knew exactly what I wanted and were happy to help me. I was in the store when one of these negative reviewers were there. The reviewer was rude and nasty. The staff did everything they could, but there was no pleasing the rude, nasty reviewer. I would not have been so patient, I would have thrown them out. The attitude of the reviewer is reflective of their nasty demeanor. If you are looking for healthy options for your furry family member that no one in the area carries, you should go to Precious Paws. You'll be happy and you dog will be much more healthy and happy. I'm so thankful they carry so many healthy options. Worth the drive no matter where you are on the Grand Strand.

These ladies have been there for us through the loss of two of our fur babies and have always been so kind and compassionate with our Standard Poodles. Today we take in our newest puppy, a Sheepadoodle, and I am excited to introduce her to our extended family at Scruffy to Fluffy. Highly recommend them!

This has been our first dog grooming, experience and everything went very well! We have e Reverse Bernedoodle puppy, 5 months old. With her puppy coat changing, her coat was becoming quite unruly! I personally could not do a thing with it so we took her here and they bathed her and trimmed her up very nicely, cleaned up the fur between her paw pads and clipped her nails! I was worried because our puppy is only five months old and very sensitive, but she did very well here and everyone loved her. I’m so glad we decided to have her groomed here and will be taking her back regularly! Thank you to “The Groomer,” for taking such good care of our puppy, and for a job very well done!

My 5 month old pup Dunkin and I were greeted with a kind caring staff that check us in and swept us away to a private room with patio and walkout to grassy area, before I even had a chance to sit a team member was in getting all new patient info. During the short wait for the vet another staff members asked to come in to play with Dunkin. The vet was so sweet did a full exam of Dunkin. Took time to talk with me about him and his future heath as an adult dog. I feel so comfortable that I’ve decided not to get Dunkin neutered at the facility in which his Adoption fees covered and put my trust in the vets at river oaks! The facility is immaculate. The staff is top notch. I’m so satisfied with care we received. I also appreciated the follow up phone calls and text within a day or two after my visit. Thank you so much Michelle and Dunkin Loewe!

I was extremely happy with the vet ( Amber ) she LISTENED !! She came up with a game plan to help my Belgian Malinois who has been suffering since April. She was compassionate to my dog and me and the vet tech was sympathetic, helpful and awesome also. They worked with me on her treatment plan which is going to take months but I see light at the end of the tunnel. She has been seen by two other vets in April & June who didn't care about what I was trying to tell them. Just antibiotics, hundreds and I mean hundreds of dollars spent and nothing worked. We go back in a couple of weeks for a follow up ( this is going to take some time to fix..possibly months ) and everyone is praying this treatment plan will work and hopefully take care of her issue permanently and yes it cost me a few hundred dollars again but not like the other two vets. Attached is a picture of just one hind side, the other side, belly, inner legs and tail are worse 😭.

They all either did not accept birds or said they would not be able to fit me in until a later date. When I called On Point Animal Hospital they recognized the seriousness of a parrot respiratory illness and told me I could come right in. Even though they were very busy, I was able to see Dr. Todd Brown. He and his staff were wonderful! Also, they are very transparent with their pricing and you know exactly what everything will cost before they proceed. I highly recommend this animal hospital!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. It was cozy, faith-based (love it), the coffee and protein bites that I had were delicious, and the staff was so friendly and professional. My daughter and I had gone through the line initially and ordered our coffee and matcha and it was after that I decided to go back through the line for the protein bites. I set my coffee down to get my money out to pay and somehow accidentally tipped the entirely full hot coffee ALL over the counter. I was mortified. They didn't bat an eye and went to cleaning and acted like it was no big deal and really did their best to try to keep me from feeling as bad as I did! Immediately made me a new coffee and never stopped being sweet even though I held up their long line with my extra clumsiness! I will be back for sure, and will take my gracefulness with me next time.🫶🏻

The menu is a decent size and not too big, the atmosphere was chilled out and very visually appealing but not somewhere you have to be quiet. Its refined yet relaxed. We got The Works Omelete and the 10 fold heritage breakfast and no complaints at all. The waitresses were attentative and made sure we had everything we needed, the food was reasonably priced, especially for how delicious everything was. I was very satisfied with the food, the service, and the atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anybody!

But lacking in many ways. The only legit and main reason people probably frequent these types of places is for the crab legs. They were on par with other places or even crab legs cooked at home. The rest of the food seemed only ok to me. Nothing begged for a second helping. Nothing was horrid either. Just run of the mill.
Overall the place was clean. It represents exactly what it is. I can't say it was worth the price. It was more the novelty of it. I can see why there are so many in one tourist town. Just a vacation thing to do.
