My 4 Yorkies normally go a private groomer but she recently had surgery so I've been taking them to Petsmart. They had an appointment today but they were short a groomer and asked if I could reschedule so I called to see if Petco could fit them in. They said yes and I took them in at 1:15.
When I take them into PetSmart they typically get all 4 in and out in 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours.
I didn't walk out of Petco with my Yorkies until 6:22. Over 5 hours.
To make things a million times worse, the manager was RUDE and when I finally got them and they handed me my bill, I almost PASSED OUT. For 4 full grooms at PetSmart they charge me around $240.00 depending on what package I get and keep in mind, that's for 4 FULL GROOMS.
Today, only two of my Yorkies needed a full groom. The other two only needed a bath and nail trim. The total with the same customary 20% tip? $380.00!!!!!!
How on EARTH can they justify charging that much for two grooms and two baths??? I will NEVER set foot in that place again. Who can AFFORD that??? They just lost a customer for LIFE.

Thank you Ben for helping me get everything in my car!! Ben ,very patiently , would not give up when I was having trouble getting my reward points until it finally worked! He didn’t have to care that much, it was for me to save money, but he insisted. Best customer service !!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I have a really hard time trimming her nails myself, but they did a great job. They were so gentle with her, and to top it off, she came home with an adorable bandana and smelled amazing. 2501 Hwy 17 S, North Myrtle BeachI live in Utah but have a condo in NMB and needed a vet here for my 14 y.o. Maggie Kitty, who comes with me. I called and was offered an appointment that very morning. The person with whom I spoke was so friendly and helpful and got me in within an hour. When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist was also extremely friendly and kind. Hannah was wonderful and so warm with my kitty. She went out of her way to help me with special kidney food and my questions. Dr. Sam was just great. I really didn't need anything except to establish us with a vet, but she examined my Maggie and was very gentle and kind. Hannah helped me to my car with the food and was so sweet. Everybody I encountered was wonderful. I'm so happy to be a part of this practice family for my kitty. Great find, great practice!!

I also brought them my cat, who was very old at the time, and when her time came to cross the rainbow bridge, the staff were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them.

We will use them again on our next out of town - no dogs - adventure.

Dana taught us how to have control with our 55lbs pups. With only 5 visits we can now walk with them , they sit on command, they will do down ( lay down), and stay . Before their training it was complete Chaos in our home and not fun at all!! Now we have soMuch fun with them! Dana is highly recommended, she is truly the very best around!!

I had to ask for some more syrup because I couldn’t initially taste the flavoring in the latte I got but staff was nice and accommodating. My husband got an iced white mocha and he loved it! Always look for local coffee shops when traveling and we will definitely be back!

No thrills no frills buger spot with some outstanding wings . We're from upstate NY and these wings meet all the standards we expect and watch out the hot has some real heat . 771 Main St, North Myrtle BeachI'm out of town on vaccination and broke one of my nail tips - but it's a break well below my tip so was attached and couldn't be cut back without tearing my skin. Noire is the ONLY salon open today, was close to our resort, I walked in and they sat me down immediately and fixed the nail in 5 minutes! I'm SO delighted and thankful! Even better is that the owner didn't even charge me. A+++ salon!

The staff was so welcoming and supportive, going above and beyond to help provide things I needed to get her home. 1500 LD Dr, North Myrtle BeachWe got our beautiful sweet dog here. If you can, donate. The fact that anyone would leave anything but five stars is really upsetting. This is not an organization that has a limitless budget. They are genuinely just trying to keep little fur babies from getting put down, if you adopt your dog and it turns out the dog has some fleas or something else going on you can go ahead and fix those problems and be the miracle to that dog or cat. Shame on anyone complaining about the people who work here or how they care for the animals. They are doing the best that they can with very little funding and if you have any spare dog food or blankets, please bring them by they could be put to good use.
