“I walked into this store a little overwhelmed. Unsure of what I was looking for . Usually there is no one there to help you .
But there was this sales guy there named Lyle who was just so incredibly helpful. He was so knowledgeable about all the different products in the store . He was so patient since I asked him for about fifteen different pairs of sneakers.
He was so friendly and not only that . He kept us laughing the whole time .
There were three other customers there and he was there helping them as well .
Where was all the other help in this store ??
I ended up buying two pairs of sneakers.

“Went last night during my last day on vacation and was more than pleased with my experience ! Matt (I believe was his name) was more than helpful , even with the crowd he was very attentive and was constantly making rounds around the store to check on people which I thought was nice. I ended up wanting to purchase a coat but was told it was sold out ( understandable with the holiday ) Matt however , took time to double check and I went home with the coat I loved instead of the one I liked ! ( and some extra coats/socks/blankets just because ) thanks so much again !”
“We chose Ooh La La for our wedding invitations because Judy, the owner is AMAZING!
We went in overwhelmed and didn’t know what we were doing. Judy and her husband immediately welcomed us with open arms and took us under her wing. We sat and went through hundreds of beautiful invitations and Judy helped customize “the one.”
Judy made a point to include our parents who are back home in Wisconsin.
She updated us with any new edits and provided recommendations to make the invites just absolutely perfect.
The invitations were ready for pick up in a timely manner which is great because we were pretty last minute
The prices were super appropriate and the cheapest we could find.
You could tell Judy really cares about her customers and had our best interest at heart.

“So I went back to return something I'd ordered online, and Jackson and Patrice helped me out. My hubby found a couple things, but the jacket was an XL and he needs a 2XL. Wanda, who was nearby, offered to check in the back. Took her a sec, but she found it! That's awesome customer service. She went above and beyond to satisfy our shopping need.”

I went to Sketchers and I was told to go to DSW down the road. But the guys at Merrils went above and beyond to find me 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of boots. “Dante deserves 5 stars ! He helped my boyfriend with New Balance running shoes and he loved so much , I ended up trying them and fell in love with the feel. Dante definitely knows what he is selling and deserves to be recognized for his customer service support skills.”

“This is a huge outlet store with huge number of products including apparel, shoes, accessories for men, women and kids. There’s so much stuff, it’s kinda difficult to walk between the shelves and racks. Shoes racks and discount shoe walls are at the back side of the store. For t-shoes and trousers they have lots of different types. I got a dri-fit t-shirt and a sporting short. There are discounts on them but they are not as big as other stores in the vicinity.
The service at the checkout was really quick and efficient. Go to use my Nike pass.”
“This store what super clean and organized. The gentleman that was working there was so very helpful in finding a pair of shoes for my hubby. I was by myself and was trying to find a pair of dress shoes and the associate helped look for shoes, checked on sizes and color, even digging in the back to show me some different styles.”

“I was walking in the area and decided to stop by to look at walking shoes. I found two pairs I liked but one of them not in stock. They kindly offered to order them and have them shipped to my home; which actually showed the next day!
The people in the store were very polite, friendly, and helpful. There are two Rack Room Stores in Tanger Outlet, one is larger than the other so check the one closer to the Nike store first.”

“Went in today. I was checking out when my daughter was making conversation with Savanna. Savanna was kind to engage and show her a few things on her phone. Keep in mind I was purchasing a few things from there. Marlin not sure if I spelled it correctly. But she walked up to her and told her to get back to work. I personally was more then greatfull savanna took time to talk to my daughter. Store was not busy at the moment. Not sure if Marlin was manager or supervisor. But that is not something you say in front of a customer. Made my daughter feel bad because she got her trouble. As a sales associate is part of Customer service and to to show the customer you care is part of your job. Savanna was excellent and took well care of us. Marlin might need to reevaluate her position as a sales Associate..... bad attitude not Pleasant (Marlene) only reason why you guys got 5 star is because of savanna”
“The store was awesome. The selection was great, but what really set our experience apart from other retail stores we shopped at was the assistance of Taylor and Jewell. Their support during our purchase went far and above what we’ve experienced at any other retail store. They were extremely helpful and patient while we made our selection. “This was an awesome store. I was shopping for (and with) my 4 and 6 year old, which became an overwhelming experience. But! The guy working helped fit my children for their proper size and the manager (Gabi) chatted with them; and just the fact that the employees were cool made me feel more relaxed. Both employees helped us take sensors off shoes, offered to look for more sizes, answered questions about sock sizes, etc etc; they were just really cool and helpful people. When most stores literally do not even acknowledge their customers, these Vans employees acted like they enjoyed their job, valued customers, and actually wanted to make a sale. And that they did. The whole family got shoes. ?”
