“As a 20+ year customer of Verizon, I've been in and done business with many Verizon stores - corporate and franchisee. I believe this location is a franchisee, but not sure of that. However, I've not ever had a better level of customer service or sales support than I have had at this store in the last couple weeks.
I first traded in for a ZFlip 7 and was very displeased and disappointed with the phone. When I took it back to trade within the 30-day window, I did not have my original box and that was a problem. Daniel, whom I understand is the District Manager, encouraged me to look further for my box and was looking into options if I could not find it. I clearly felt he was on my side. With my wife's help I later found the box and returned to the store, just under an hour from closing. I felt bad that I was being an inconvenience but Daniel never once demonstrated anything but patience and helpfulness. He got me out of there in about 40 minutes and had the process of transferring my many apps already underway.
The whole experience was a great one. I've had my new Pixel 10 Pro for about a week now and love it.
I've had great service in this location before but this one topped them all. Altogether, I worked with 4 team members at this location on swapping phones twice in this instance and in later returning the case I first bought and choosing a new one. As a business owner myself, it's clear to me that superb leadership and ethical business practices at the District Manager level has resulted in a highly-trained and customer-focused team.
