Really need to address the automated system in use. Almost impossible to get through to a person and wait times have become extensive. Need to add more customer service representatives that can answer phones more quickly.

I have been with SRP for over 30 years. They mortgaged my house, gave me a home equity loan, refinanced loans, educated me on savings accounts for my children, gave me excellent advice about credit and financial affairs. They have grown with me and I have grown with them. They are the best people in the whole world!

Their drive in is terribly slow. #2 I tried to cash my Mom’s $15.00 tax return check with my account information. No can do! You need to bring your Mom. She us 89 and can’t get up. You have my account number. Nope! Who would fraudulently mess with a federal payment. I can’t exactly put my finger on their service but... read full comment
