Trey and his team are very detailed oriented, diagnosed my issues, provided photos and explanation of their process to repair and even provided a lower cost, better than OEM option; and took the time to also answer other non-issue related advice and maintenance questions. When I picked up my car, Trey even showed me the cracks and dry rotted parts that were replaced and that were provided in photos and that I had also seen on some BMW forums. Lastly, they have an app which makes communication, photos, documentation and approvals much easier to follow and is streamlined for efficiency.

“Chris and Eric were great to work with when my car needed a new windshield. They walked me through using my insurance. The day it was scheduled to be replaced I dropped it off in the morning and it was done by lunchtime. They did the ADAS calibration along with the full replacement. Give them a call if you need any auto glass repairs or replacements. Hopefully, I won't be back anytime soon but if it does happen I know where my first call will be.”

“This location is absolutely dialed. Needed 2 batteries in my truck on a Friday afternoon and they were ready to put it in. Logan Cross tested my batteries pulled them out and threw in the news ones in a half hour. Above the service the place is inaccurate says or about the shop.”

“These guys are AMAZING!!!!! I went to all the auto part stores plus the dealer ship for a slip yoke for my 2007dodge ram 1500 and they could not help me at all. These guys know their stuff. They found out the slip yoke for my model truck was discontinued and was no longer being made they did their research and boom I have a slip yoke that fits the truck perfectly. Just had to get a different u-joint and it works perfectly!!!! Of course I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg but to my surprise it was almost dirt cheap. I definitely recommend CSR DRIVESHAFT for any kind of slip yoke or drive shaft issue you have. They will not let you down and they treat every customer with the upmost respect. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there and my experience with them, they deserve a 10/10. Everyone was very communicative from start to finish, I fully understood what was being done to my vehicle. They even provided me an update each day the vehicle was in their possession. I got my vehicle back well before the date they said all of the work would be completed.
