I had an issue with my 2020 accord with rear swaying a little but when I’d hit certain bumps in the road and not even 30min later they already found the issue and they also sent me a digital copy and gave me a physical copy of maintenance needing to be done on it! Way better and more efficient than the automaxx so called “technicians”.”

“Starting this off by saying this shop has had the MOST patience with me and I couldn’t be more appreciative. I needed some Lexani center caps and I thought I knew which ones I needed so I ordered them. Turns out I thought wrong. They were so helpful in helping me return and reorder the ones I thought were correct. Turns out I was wrong yet again. This last time one of the gentlemen had me send a picture and was able to tell me which ones I needed in seconds. Shortly after, I received them in the mail. Trey and his team are very detailed oriented, diagnosed my issues, provided photos and explanation of their process to repair and even provided a lower cost, better than OEM option; and took the time to also answer other non-issue related advice and maintenance questions. When I picked up my car, Trey even showed me the cracks and dry rotted parts that were replaced and that were provided in photos and that I had also seen on some BMW forums. Lastly, they have an app which makes communication, photos, documentation and approvals much easier to follow and is streamlined for efficiency.

“Wow. Just the most wonderful experience here! I was given some excellent free advice, on top of them replacing my muffler quickly AND for less than they had already quoted me!! Who can even do that anymore? Frankie set my appointment for the next day! They even let me search for and locate a small nail in my rear tire while up on their lift. I'll definitely come back when I need brake work and will likely have them replace my cats. You can't go wrong with these peeps!”
