“Never going anywhere but here for any tire issues in the DC area ever. I had a flat on a Saturday afternoon in my Tesla X plaid. It was a huge hassle because I was scheduled to leave the dc are for at least 2 weeks Sunday AM. The car was towed to NTB on Richmond highway around 4 PM. They told me they couldn't even look at it before closing (after saying on the phone they could). I spent 15 minutes asking them nicely to just take a quick look and they refused. They did however fill me up with air and recommend Bingo which was a block away and closes at 8. I drove right up, no waiting, they took one look and patched the tire in 5 minutes. $30. Saved my ass. And will never use that shitheads at NTB again, they could've fixed it but chose to spend 15 minutes instead explaining why they couldn't.I went about 125mph on the tire yesterday and no issues whatsoever, hasn't lost any air at all.”

“Nova collision fixed up my Tesla after a hit and run - their estimate came in as the lowest and they patched my tire for free as well. My car looks brand new! I would highly recommend their services. As a bonus, they are in the same building as the Enterprise rental car agency (which was mid - low selection but acceptable). Richard helped me out and the whole process was super smooth.”

“I took my car here based on other reviews and I’m glad I did. I needed a VA state safety inspection and naturally waited until the end of the month. They were very courteous and were able to inspect my car right away while I waited in the lobby, which has free WiFi and coffee available. When I got in my car, I was happy to see it was clean and the technician completely removed the previous inspection sticker (and its sticky residue) and put the new sticker on straight. ? I will return here for future inspections, routine maintenance and other issues.”
