“Okay first off I came in like 40 minutes before close which i already felt bad about, however I am SO happy I did. Matt!! He was phenomenal!! He was so sweet, answered all my questions, and helped me with my promo code! After I went through the carwash he approached me and helped me clean my mats! He was genuinely interested in talking with me and anytime he saw another customer needed help he RAN to help them. He was physically moving so fast paced and working SO incredibly hard. As a manager myself, people like him are so hard to find. Everytime I turned around he was helping me before I even knew I needed help (example I needed more towels and did not realize there was only one left and he came swooping around the corner with more!!) He was training, deploying his team, and taking out trash all while giving top tier customer service!! Whatever you are paying him pay more!! I am only going to subscribe to the membership because of Matt. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!”

The General Mangaer does not mind working the frontline and carefully power sprayed my car prior to wash. The attendants took their time cleaning the interior, rims, and wheels of the car. “Moved down to SC from New Jersey , was in need of some tints to help keep my vehicle cool from Charleston heat. So Happy I chose pleasant detail & Tint. Spoke with Drew last week and he set me up with an Appt in just a few days , The crew there were Phenomenal and did an awesome job with the tints , vehicle is much cooler and keeps the heat from being trapped inside vehicle. “Go here all the time. Sometimes there is a line depending on the day, but typically moves quick and the wash really helps with the pollen or after road trips. Free vacuum and towels for your car if needed, to add a little extra clean to your ride. A popular wash in a good location. Depending on what package you purchase, it can wax, tire shine, and clean the under carriage of your vehicle.”
“Friendly staff and good service. There were a few things missed but all in all my truck was much cleaner than when I arrived. If looking for a complete professional detail, I'll do it myself. It was worth the 30 bucks spent. I have been going there for years and will definitely be back.”
