“Great customer service is something we all hope to receive as consumers, but this past weekend my husband and I had an experience that truly stood out.
We stopped by Gap near the end of the day to look for work pants, and while we were shopping, a young gentleman who was sweeping the floor approached my husband with the kindest and most respectful demeanor. He spoke to us about the store credit card, which we politely declined since we are currently in the process of buying a home and aren’t able to apply for anything right now.
What made the interaction so memorable was his response. He completely understood, and congratulated us on our new home ?. In a world where many customer interactions can feel rushed or transactional, his professionalism, and positive attitude truly made our day.”

“I am a loyal JCPenney customer, 35+ yrs. I love the quality of the products, the variety of items is wonderful and the prices are competitive. I prefer getting my hair trimmed in the salon, which I did recently. My stylist, Joi, is very kind, confident, knowledgeable and efficient. However, the manager needs a refresher in what customer service means. Joi had started trimming my hair, we were the only two people in the salon. The manager was in the supply room, when another customer wanted to book an appointment. Joi stepped away for a moment to inform the manager that someone needs assistance at the counter. Instead of the manager going to handle it, Joi excused herself to go assist this customer. Luckily, for the manager, I'm a mature, professional woman. That was very rude, unprofessional and unnecessary. Joi handled the situation perfectly and she got a great tip, as always!”

“Phenomenal customer experience today. Was shopping with my 9 year old to get her first pair of converse :) both of the women employees that we interacted with were just awesome! The woman on the floor offered assistance and I asked about how much to size down. She gave some guidance and then offered to check the fit for me. The woman at the register was so sweet-my daughter was using birthday money to pay her own way and the way the employee took care of her was genuinely outstanding. Great location-keep doing what you are doing!-your service was literally noteworthy ;)”
