“My phone got seawater in it and another fix-it shop (a franchise) said it was a goner and not even worth investigating. I decided to stop by this place as it was close by and they were very honest with me on its chances but said it was worth a look. An hour later they called me and said they were in process of fixing it and it would be ready to pick up in thirty minutes.
It’s working great (typing on it now) and the cost was very reasonable.

“Audio Sound Solutions is a dying breed of store. Michael and his store are reminiscent of Geppetto and his workshop. When you walk in, you’re greeted by vintage audio equipment stacked ceiling-high and the tools of the trade strewn about the store. It’s overwhelming, but all you need to do is tell Michael what you’re looking for, and he’ll show you what you need. All the equipment is priced very reasonably. I could not be more satisfied with the speakers and receiver that I purchased. I will undoubtedly recommend Audio Sound Solutions to any audiophile or music enthusiast.”

“I always have a great experience when I come to the Batteries Plus in Mount Pleasant. I happened to be there today when an angry customer berated store employees because he could not return his *used* car battery. He was told he had two weeks to return the battery - but thought he could put it in his vehicle and THEN return it, which of course makes no sense to any normal person. The store policy is written on the back of the receipt. Products must be in unused and saleable condition.
I bring this up just to say that the employees were calm, professional, and tried to explain that as matter of integrity, the store will not resell a used car battery. I appreciate that. I also respect and appreciate a company that stands by their policy.”

“Hello I have to let my experience at batteries plus be known ! I was having issues with my key fob .. Scared to turn my car off being I had b hard time getting the doors to unlock and the car to crank.. Long story short , went to batteries plus on Rivers Ave and the Salesman there Jamal-JD was very very AWESOME, COURTEOUS and most of all very PROFESSIONAL an NICE..
