“I visited this location after my local Tire choice in Mt Pleasant permanently closed. I’m glad I did! I’m writing this review to let others know the Amazing service I received in this location. The General Manager Laura was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist me with my situation. I had a bad front rotor and wheel bearing the was causing a horrible squeaking noise in my front end. After taking the car apart we found out that the auto part store near by had given me the wrong parts. She literally drove me over a mile to get the right parts for my car and she did it with a smile the entire time. The Tech at this location William is one of the best in the area with over 40 years of experience and very professional. He explained everything to me and fixed my car like it was new again. I will not look anywhere else for future needs. This was outstanding customer services A+++++✨??”

“Jimmy was great! He replaced the oxygen sensor on my car and it was a good price. Then he assured us the car would make it home even with the check engine light on. It went off when we got onto I-40. Thank you Jimmy for telling us to enjoy the rest of our vacation and not charging us for a repair that may not have been needed.”
