“I'm a 73 year old retired pastor whose owned many different makes of cars over the years, but never a Mazda. I was also in auto sales and management at two different dealerships back in Maine many years ago. Decided I wanted an AWD vehicle for when we travel back north to visit family. My wife and I like small to mid-size SUVs so I checked out the Mazda CX-5. Met Greg W. when I first went to the dealership. He was courteous, professional, and did everything right. When I was going there (Aug. 2023) the dealership was being run out of some trailers while their new showroom was being built. Even though that was a little inconvenient, their willingness to meet my needs and the great attitude they all had made everything easy. (Their new facility is now finished and is beautiful!)I decided to save some $$ (being retired now) and went with a new CX-30. It's a little smaller, mostly in the rear cargo area, but it fits me very well! I'm 6'2" tall. It's fun to drive, handles like a sports car but is truly an SUV. Has a great 2.5 liter engine with plenty of pep, and all the latest safety features.In the 20+ years we have lived in this area, buying a few new and used vehicles from different dealerships, my experience with Stokes Mazda in North Charleston has been the most pleasant I have had. “The name is very literal. I am states away in Maryland. I found the wheels I wanted on eBay and gave them a call to put an order in. The wheels showed up before the tracking number was sent. Less than 24 hours later I was taking my wheels to Costco to get them mounted for tires. He even threw in some extras after I told him I was military. Awesome service, awesome wheels, awesome shipping time. Unbelievable from start to finish. Also, if you call them a real person answers. 10 stars!!”
“Excellent service. I saved $150 on same work quoted from another shop. Car came back on time and runs great.
Three days later I had a different problem and called the shop and was advised to take my car to Paul's Care that was just 1/2 mile from my location and good thing I did it broke down in parking lot and would not move, transmission went out. It was Friday afternoon so glad you were kind enough to send me there even though I know you would have gladly done the work.
Saved me! Broke down Friday afternoon on Ashley Phosphate would have been ugly!!!

Platinum body department was very helpful and understanding. Service was excellent as well as the repair. My SUV has less than 25,000 miles on it so it is in nearly new condition. I was happy to see their repairs reflected the new condition of the vehicle.

I had the following work performed on my 2012 Mini Cooper S (Auto): timing chain replacement, timing tensioner, various suspension components, water pump replacement, sway bar linkage replaced, ball joints, control arm bushings, tie rods, and oil/filter change. I'm not joking, I think I have 200 texts with these guys - Trey was AMAZING and kept me updated the entire time. They were incredibly transparent and descriptive with pricing. “The best wheel repair shop I have ever been to. I wen there to repair my bent wheel on my 2018 Volvo S60. The staff is extremely friendly, and communicative about the wheel repair process. I have not only decided to repair the bent wheel, but also wanted to fix the curb rashes because of their fair prices.
