“Got the Timing belt and water pump replaced on my Tundra. The next day I had a completely separate issue with a spark plug, and Dave towed my vehicle for me because we both thought it was an issue with the work they did. Regardless he still covered the tow. I can't thank them enough for all the work they did for me. He even gave me advice on my mass airflow sensor a few days later. Truly the best experience I've had dealing with a mechanic shop. Highly recommend.”

Coming from several different places including the rear main, distributer, timing chain cover and valve covers, they repaired them all. They did so courteously and professionally. “I took my 2006 Dodge Viper SRT-10 to have the original wheels refurbished. They were chipped, missing clear coat and corroded. Since finding reasonable replacement wheels for a Viper is more difficult than finding Bigfoot, getting them refurbished was my only rational option. Kwicksilver kept the car inside and the finished wheels look new. Excellent attention to detail and very friendly and responsive staff.”
“Thank you so much for the exceptional service and how quickly you replaced my muffler. Since my vehicle is new, other muffler places told me that I needed to go to the dealership to get it replaced. The Kia dealership quoted me five days for my muffler to be replaced, but Carolina Muffler and Brakes was able to get me in and replaced it right away. They are very reasonably priced and their services were top-notch.”

“Andy is the man. I showed up before he was here, one of his guys got me on the lift awhile. When Andy showed up, he had my muffler delete out and a new pipe welded in, in less than 40 minutes. If you need exhaust work, this is the place to come.”

“Visited Stokes Mazara on a Friday afternoon to look at a used Bronco they had listed on their website. Our salesman Adrian came out immediately, introduced himself and set the tone for what was an outstanding visit and buying experience for my wife and I. Adrian was upfront, honest, and patient as I asked a lot of questions looked the Bronco over from top to bottom. The entire process was a no rush, no pressure, and transparent experience the sales Manager Matt was also top notch, quick, and very polite. It did not take long and very little negotiating for us to come to an agreement. There prices are fair market value and the offer was for trade was also very fair and very much appreciated. Matt and Adrian quickly got everything wrapped up and sent in Bert, the finance guy to complete the deal. Bert was just as polite, non-pushy, and transparent as our salesman. We signed papers and my wife and I were able to drive away in my dream vehicle in a very relaxed and appreciative state for just having experienced what was the very best car buying experience in my over 40 yrs of buying cars. I highly recommend this dealership and these three Stokes Employees. They set the standard for what a car buy visit should be and feel. “Starting this off by saying this shop has had the MOST patience with me and I couldn’t be more appreciative. I needed some Lexani center caps and I thought I knew which ones I needed so I ordered them. Turns out I thought wrong. They were so helpful in helping me return and reorder the ones I thought were correct. Turns out I was wrong yet again. This last time one of the gentlemen had me send a picture and was able to tell me which ones I needed in seconds. Shortly after, I received them in the mail. I had such a good experience and my rims look much better with the new center caps. Thank yall!”

Trey and his team are very detailed oriented, diagnosed my issues, provided photos and explanation of their process to repair and even provided a lower cost, better than OEM option; and took the time to also answer other non-issue related advice and maintenance questions. When I picked up my car, Trey even showed me the cracks and dry rotted parts that were replaced and that were provided in photos and that I had also seen on some BMW forums. Lastly, they have an app which makes communication, photos, documentation and approvals much easier to follow and is streamlined for efficiency.

I watched the whole process, and they are truly knowledgeable. They even have a system that can pull maintenance information for new cars. If I were the owner, I would absolutely charge double or maybe triple what they charged me, yet they gave me a discounted price on top of the already low price. I highly recommend them!.”

“This review is long overdue! I've been having my oil changed here for the last year and a half or so. I've also had two repairs done here that have proven to be accurate, fairly priced, and dependable. The woman at the front desk, Carol, has been extremely accommodating and friendly. First impressions are so important to any business, no matter how long the business has been open. Had I been treated poorly (as with past experiences at other businesses), I would have taken my business elsewhere. But given Carol's great attitude and friendliness, coupled with the great service I've received, thus-far, I cannot recommend this place enough. Kinda afraid to say so much good about them, however - I don't want this place to get so busy I cannot get in with my car!
