I am very impressed by her level of customer service and her support to myself, a veteran, is to be recognized: I recently had an issue with this post office and as a result, wrote a negative review too quickly. Ms. Simone reached out to me and it was even on the weekend and thoroughly research my issue. She successfully resolved the issue and explained next steps to me and now I am very satisfied. Job well done! My mail lady also did a great job actively assisting in resolving my issue.”
“They helped me find a package that was mislabeled and were so kind and considerate about it. I was in tears knowing it was okay as it was an ornament of a portrait for a family pet that does not have many years left with us and we treasure dearly.
