“We were passing by after closing when my son and I spotted something we liked. We pointed at it and moved on as we knew it was late. Andrew, Tristan and Jovani came out and invited us in to look at the item closer, even though that meant they had to stay late. They were super sweet and helpful! We will definitely be back again but show up earlier next time!”

“Super organized store and it had plenty to choose from. I am finding most of the clothing stores are either sparsely stocked or have juniors clothing, mostly. The Loft employee was helpful but definitely gave me space to shop, without hovering. I like everything I bought and would definitely come back.”
“Had to do some last minute shopping for a 12 day vacation and stopped in Calvin Klein at the Tanger Outlets in N Charleston. Both Zya and Ricardo helped me. They were friendly, patient, professional and all around great representatives of the store and brand. “I had the best experience with Lula Kate. Llewellyn was so helpful in finding the exact colors i needed for my bridesmaids dresses. She took into account the lighting of my wedding and what my colors would look like indoors and outdoors. She was always prompt on responding as well. My bridesmaids dresses turned out so beautiful and exactly how I always imagined them. I want to borrow one of them from my friends to wear myself!”

“I was given gift cards to Chicos by friends after a medical condition caused me to lose a lot of weight. I had no idea what size I was or what would look good on me. The clerks here went above and beyond to help me find my size and colors that would carry me into fall. They spent lots of time with me and made what could have been a difficult situation so much better! I will be back whenever I buy clothes!!!”
“Phenomenal customer experience today. Was shopping with my 9 year old to get her first pair of converse :) both of the women employees that we interacted with were just awesome! The woman on the floor offered assistance and I asked about how much to size down. She gave some guidance and then offered to check the fit for me. The woman at the register was so sweet-my daughter was using birthday money to pay her own way and the way the employee took care of her was genuinely outstanding. Great location-keep doing what you are doing!-your service was literally noteworthy ;)”

“The service and selection here is fantastic. The store is well laid out so you can easily find whatever style shoe or clothing you want. My husband is preparing his outfit for a wedding and needed black dress shoes. They had the perfect pair of black, double monk strap shoes and he loved how comfortable and stylish they were. They were even on a markdown so he got a great pair of shoes at an even better price. They are definitely worth what you pay. We were helped by a wonderful employee there who was happy to give us recommendations and answer any questions we had. “I absolutely loved the store layout. Was disability friendly and very well organized. Usually I don't spend more than 10 minutes in a store, but somehow stayed almost 45 minutes at this store. So many deals and stylish apparel that there is something for everyone.”
