“Phillip found one of 3 used doors east of the Mississippi that fit our Ford Edge in North Carolina. A new door with hardware and glass would have been double. He actually picked up the replacement himself for a reasonable fee. It was lucky that the color was a perfect match. They did a little paint less dent repair, polished everything up, and it looks brand new. He also delivered it back to us for $1000 less than originally quoted because no paint was involved. This is the second car that these guys have worked on for me with flawless results.”

“I had some starting issues with my vehicle. I went to have my battery checked before I bought a new one. Nathan at NMB store on hwy 17, helped me out big time. He checked the battery in the parking lot, and informed me the battery was fine. Therefore I did not need to buy a new one. He made some suggestions what the problem might be. I even called back later on, and spoke to Nathan, on a couple things he suggested, as well as informed me my alternator should be fine as well. He went above and beyond.”

“Jared (B....) really helped today. For the past two years I've been buying relays for my car due to a manufacturing issue, and yet no one has told me that I could return these relays when they go bad. Jared noticed I had purchased several within the last 2 years and said man you know you have a lifetime warranty on these you could return these, so that's exactly what I did. Also, bought some wipers and he installed those for me as well. Very professional, friendly and great service, thank you very much guys, I love AutoZone.

“First time getting a oil change and tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to book online and the professionalism of the staff in front. Nicole and Scott were friendly and efficient getting checked in and out. Cost was best I found for Full synthetic oil change, $30 less than Take 5 on Highway 9 in Little River. Only disappointment was the fact that Walmart doesn't let you tip the mechanics that actually work on your vehicle. I'll definitely be using this location in future.”
