“I had an excellent experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Kenneth. My car battery was located in a difficult spot which was under the spare tire and I was worried it would be a big hassle. Kenneth spent a full 45 minutes patiently working through the problem and never once made it feel inconvenient.
He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and that I left completely satisfied.
It's rare to find someone so dedicated to helping customers, and Kenneth absolutely delivered. I really appreciate his hard work and professionalism. I left a very happy customer!

“Ray W. was incredible! We are from Indiana and have had the worst car luck this week. While looking for something for dinner our car began smoking. We pulled into autozone and Ray was so kind and eager help us. He was able to grab tools and help us fix our problem! His kindness and helpfulness in our worst situation was such a positive light. He had such a knowledge of the issue and how to fix it. The other gentleman in there was helping another customer fix his car next to us. I didn't catch his name but he was very knowledgeable as well. This autozone has great employees. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you Ray W.!”
“First time getting a oil change and tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to book online and the professionalism of the staff in front. Nicole and Scott were friendly and efficient getting checked in and out. Cost was best I found for Full synthetic oil change, $30 less than Take 5 on Highway 9 in Little River. Only disappointment was the fact that Walmart doesn't let you tip the mechanics that actually work on your vehicle. I'll definitely be using this location in future.”

“Phillip found one of 3 used doors east of the Mississippi that fit our Ford Edge in North Carolina. A new door with hardware and glass would have been double. He actually picked up the replacement himself for a reasonable fee. It was lucky that the color was a perfect match. They did a little paint less dent repair, polished everything up, and it looks brand new. He also delivered it back to us for $1000 less than originally quoted because no paint was involved. This is the second car that these guys have worked on for me with flawless results.”
