“Most of the staff are a pleasure and helpful. The kitchen/grill staff are always grumpy and have a negative attitude. I enjoy going here to eat because it's close to home but the rudeness of the grill staff makes me search for other places to eat”

“Love this kohls location. It is easy to get to, has a ton of parking and the store itself is well stocked and very clean. You do need to be prepared to wait in line to pay for a bit and the staff seems grouchy most of the time.”

“I've shopped in many T.J. Maxx stores throughout the East Coast. What makes this store stand far above the others I've patronized? Quite simply it's the sales team.
During my last visit to the North Myrtle
Beach location, I encountered Pam, a cashier
who went above and beyond for me. The store was busy, as is usually the case, and when i was checking out, my T.J.
Maxx credit card was declined, causing me distress due to the line behind me.
I had made sure my card was activated and had no outstanding balance, before I went to the store, so I was extremely frustrated when my card was declined 2 times. Pam, calmly told me to call the number on the back of my card. I was fumbling for my reading glasses, but Pam agreed to read me the number -- I
looked at the line behind me and apologized, but Pam calmly continued to help me.
It took a few minutes to get a live agent, but when I did, my card issue was resolved! I couldn't thank Pam enough for her patience!
I love T.J. Maxx and especially want to commend the outstanding customer service I received from Pam at the North Myrtle

“Make sure you carry in a bag to put whatever you buy in or you will have to buy a bag. My view on this is, I chose to buy from you, the least you could do is supply me with a bag.”

“A for sure place when on vacation with family and the kids wanted donuts friendly staff and sooo many different kind to choose 1/2 the price of the big chain donuts the store was very clean a lots of others things to choose from definitely will going back!”
